Attempts to muzzle Pia
Kjaersgaard fail
The Islamic Faith Community had filed a libel suit against the leader of the Danish People's Party. After she accused some of its members of treason for going to the Middle East to stir up protests against the Danish government. After a newspaper there published an editorial cartoon depicting the prophet Mohammad.
Not only did the judge rule against the IFC, but he ordered the organization to pay the Danish People's Party 40-thousand Danish crowns in costs.
Three Danish embassies were attacked. And 50 people were killed around the world in rioting protesting the publication of the cartoon.
The Islamic Faith Community is continuing to pursue the matter, saying it will issue a fatwa against Danish People's Party leader Pia Kjaersgaard if the paper continues to refuse to apologize for publishing the images.

I would like to issue a Fatwa against those responsible for the 50 murders over the Danish cartoons.
I would like to issue a Fatwa against Ahmadinejad for proclaiming "Israel should be wiped off the map." (Thereby promoting violence.)
I would like to issue a Fatwa against those involved in the beheadings of Daniel Perl and Nick Berg.
I would like to issue a Fatwa against all leaders of terrorist organizations. For promoting and encouraging horrendous violent actions and for not apologizing for the heinous crimes committed by their followers.
I have one small problem.
The Fatwa cap has been met and I must wait for the queue to clear.
There is a Fatwa issued against the Danish People's Party leader for excersizing her freedom of speech and accusing those guilty of stirring up hatred against the Danish government, for treason.
There is a Fatwa issued against Salman Rushdie for his 1988 novel "The Satanic Verses." His sin? Offending members of Islam through his book.
There is a Fatwa issued against Tourism Minister Nilofar Bakhtiyar, alleging she was photographed in an "obscene manner" while taking part in a paragliding show in France.
Hmm.
Which Fatwa's do you think should take precedence?
So many Fatwa's, not enough time Miriyum!!!
Where DO these people get off?
Let's put this into perspective shall we....... let's not forget what actually happened.
The cartoons were published in September. No reaction beyond Denmark. Not all the cartoons were published. Copies of the cartoons published, plus cartoons NOT published, were put into a document and taken by an Imam who operated in a Danish mosque on a trip to Iran in FEBRUARY of the following year ( must have been a slow fuse of righteous indignation to take 6 months to burn!!) Suddenly this became a global issue for Muslims! Hmm, wasn't this the time when there was so much concern around the world about the Iranian Nucleur development? Isn't it strange how something seems to happen every time the negative focus us upon the Islamic world's actions?
Anyway, good on the Danish courts for seeing this exactly how it is. I for one am sick of seeing these 'cuckoos' attempting to pervert the course of justice in the countries they nest in, or in which their parents nested ( to carry on the analogy!). Tolerance has its limits, especially when it keeps being thrown back in your face. Europe is in a state of change, and I am afraid ( not really) that some of our visitors may not find the changes quite so palatable.
waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa to bad so sad for murdering cult of islam
