Police raids of the Your Black Muslim Bakery and of three homes in Oakland, California have yielded the shotgun believed to be used in the killing of Oakland Post editor Chauncey Bailey.
Bailey had been working on a story about alleged illegal activity at the bakery. And he had been the recent target of threats.
The Your Black Muslim Bakery is not related to the Nation of Islam.
Police detained 19 people in the raids. Several were held on suspicion of murder. But not necessarily that of Bailey. Police say they had been investigating the bakery for about a year.
