Iraq Money Misplaced: Counterterrorism Expert

Alistair Millar, director of the Center on Global Counterterrorism Cooperation and co-author of Allied Against Terrorism: What's Needed to Strengthen Worldwide Commitment, argued on News Talk Online on Paltalk that the money being spent in Iraq, allegedly to fight terrorists there, could be better spent on homeland security.

Millar says Iraq never attacked the United States on 9/11 and should not have been made a target.

That being said, Millar believes it won't be easy for the United States to extricate itself from Iraq.
