The late Speaker of the House, Tip O'Neill, said all politics were local. He should have thrown economy into that statement. If you have a job, are doing well and are not about to loose your home you are probably vaguely annoyed at the rise of gas prices and heating fuel but are thinking, "What recession."
If you have no job or are living paycheck to paycheck and are barely hanging on to your American dream (house)you know we are in the middle of a recession and moving at warp speed to a depression.
I voted for Hillary on super Tuesday and so the next time I become relevent is on election day. I will vote for the democratic candidate. I would just like to make sure that that candidate's mantra is the same one as a former great president..."it's the economy, stupid"
