That's the one sentence synopsis of former U.S. Sen. and former presidential candidate Gary Hart's view of how the next administration must address the war on terrorism.
Speaking on News Talk Online on Paltalk.com, Hart says the United States intelligence community must make a better effort to integrate its services with those of its allies and share more information. Armed with that information, military or law enforcement units can then move in and kick in the doors of terrorists to arrest or kill them.
"Traditional warfare," Hart declared, "doesn't work."
He does believe, however, that military efforts need to be beefed up in Afghanistan to cut off the source of orders and funding to terrorists worldwide.

I had an Appreciation for Gary Harts appearance on the Gary Baumgarten show.
I was able to call in to ask Gary Hart to respond to a comment Hillary Clinton made.
she said “ Either She or John McCain if Elected would be best ready to serve as President then Mr. Barack Obama. Gary Hart responded he thought it was a Violation of a code of honor that one democrat never throws another under the bus to gain votes. Hillary in my Opinion did just that.
Now I do take issue with Gary Harts Answer to a Callers Question about a comment he ( Gary Hart ) made just after the attacks on the World Trade Centers ( 911)
Gary Hart was quoted saying Just after the 911 disaster “This is a chance , for the President of the United States (George W. Bush) to carry out what his father ( George H.W. Bush) a phase his Father used , only used once that is a NEW WORLD ORDER”.
Gary hart respond quickly and I quote “ I never said that, that is not what I said” well in my opinion Mr. Hart Lied. You can google Gary Hart on New World Order and get tons of links that have him on camera and in text quoted saying just that.
There is no doubt that this "unconventional war run by an unconventional enemy deserves an unconventional response." However, a cold feeling hit the pit of my stomach when Senator Hart remarked that sharing of information with other countries would lead to military or law enforcement units that can move in and kick in the doors of terrorists to arrest or kill them.
Government officials now adopt the tactics of bounty hunters. The Patriot Act has already removed many of the rights that Americans have held dear for over two hundred years. The other governments with whom we share our information may not be as finicky.
Sharing of information to protect ourselves and allies is good. Protecting the rights of those arrested, even better. We know from sad experience that innocents have been caught up in a web of frenzy.
Of all the terrible things that our enemies have done to us, making us act like them is the worst.
