Don't Worry. Be Happy. See Clearly
"I can see clearly now the rain is gone. I can see all obstacles in my way."
Seems it's true.
Scientists have concluded that a happy disposition doesn't just set your mind on the right track for seeing things clearly. It also helps you - literally - see more clearly.
Researchers at the University of Toronto took brain scans of volunteers. They found that those who had a positive outlook on life had better vision. But they also warned that being too happy can actually distract you - and that can be a bad thing if you're engaged in a critical task.
