Swine Flu Update September 17, 2009

It may be called the swine flu but don't blame those piggies - they aren't the origin.

President Obama says the United States will share 10 percent of its swine flu vaccine with other nations.

Birmingham Alabama is shutting down City Hall because of one swine flu case. Meanwhile in Memphis they've decided to clean City Hall due to a swine flu case rather than shutting it down.

One health insurer in Alaska and Washington state is waiving fees for swine flu vaccines.

The swine flu is on the way back in England, that nation's chief health official says.

And the FDA has approved a test that quickly detects swine flu.

I am glad the fees for the swine flu vaccine will be waved, It have dawned on me that there would be people that do not have insurance and would die because of that. Signs of the times.
