Youngest Criminal Suspect Nabbed In UK

There's been concern, of late, about the declining age of criminals in the United Kingdom, but this one takes the cake.

Cops there have nabbed a 3-year-old boy for alleged disorder and vandalism.

The kid can't be prosecuted - he's too young - but there are those who are concerned that this is indicative of a breakdown of societal norms. Read More Here

In England a child under the age of 10 is not held criminally responsible, in Scotlad the age is 8. Since this is the case then maybe the people who should be held responsible are the parents, since they responsible for their children.

The breakdown is society in the UK is no different from the breakdown in most developed Western nations where the values have gradually shifted and what we have is more important than what we are.

Blame the increase in crime and criminal behavior on the Harry Potter series. Kids are acting out what they read and view on the big screen.
