News Talk Online January 4, 2010: Pilot, Israeli Government Official, Discuss Air Security

Two people with extensive knowledge of airport security were my be guests on today's News Talk Online on the Paltalk News Network.

Longtime international commercial pilot DJ Frost who has 29 years experience in the air (including many as a captain for U.S. Airways), currently flies international routes from the tip of South America to hot spots in the Middle East. Frost is rated on the Airbus 320, Boeing 737, 757, 767 along with the McDonnell Douglas MD-11, and is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Frost is also a DISC certified human behavior consultant, certified hypnotist and NLP master practitioner who specializes in human personality factors, important for flight crew coordination and cockpit resource management. This gives him a unique outlook on what pilots, crew and passengers may have encountered on flights and he also helps people overcome the stress from fear of flying at www.FlyStressFree.com.

Our second guest was Joel Lion, Israel's consul for media affairs in New York. Israel has done a tremendous job of making air travel secure - through profiling and other measures that the United States and other nations should be adopting - especially in light of the Christmas Day attempt on a Northwest Airlines flight and the intrusion at Terminal C at Newark International Airport yesterday.
