Rudy: No Domestic Terrorist Attacks Under Bush
They call him "America's Mayor" because of the way he responded to the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history.
When that attack occurred, on September 11, 2001, Rudy Giuliani was mayor of New York. And George W. Bush was president of the United States.
So it comes as a bit of a shock that Giuliani, appearing on ABC's Good Morning America, stated, "We had no domestic attacks under Bush; we've had one under Obama."
