Chile Reverses Course
The government of Chile, which initially said it didn't want outside help in the wake of the earthquake, now says it welcomes international support.
The change in policy comes as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Chile as part of her first diplomatic mission to South America. She is meeting today with both the current, outgoing president and the president-elect. And is offering material support from the United States.
