A federal judge struck down the military's so-called 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy regarding gays in the Armed Forces, and recruiters were ordered to accept openly gay recruits. But that all ended - for the moment at least - last night - when a three-judge appeals court panel reinstated the policy.
