DOGNAPPED SPANIEL REUNITED WITH OWNERS THANKS TO QUICK THINKING BY GOOD SAMARITAN
The dog was stolen while tied up outside a store. The alleged dognapper tried to sell it for $220 in Union Square in Manhattan. A woman, recognizing that he obviously wasn't the dog's owner - she said he looked high - bought the dog, took him to her veterinarian who then tracked the owners because of an embedded chip. This is the happy Christmas Day reunion. Cops arrested a suspect.
