President Obama is scrambling for support for his proposed attack on Syria. So says Talk Radio News Service correspondent and former Congressman Bob Ney.
The president will address the nation directly on Tuesday to win support.
"He has to give the best convincing talk in his life to the American people," Ney says in an interview with me for News Talk Online on the Paltalk News Network.
"It's on life support," Ney says about Obama's call for congressional support.
Ney is also concerned about Russia's stance.
"To start this whole cold war thing again," is "tragic" Ney says.
A direct fight between the U.S. and Russia would be a "disaster of epic proportions."
Also weighing against Obama's plan, he says, is the projected cost of an attack.
