SUBWAY SHOOTER BERNARD GOETZ ARRAIGNED



He was released on his own recognizance. His attorney arguing for that saying subway shooter Bernard Goetz hasn't been in trouble with the law since she was in kindergarten. Goetz arrested for allegedly selling marijuana to an undercover cop at Union Square, near his apartment. The ADA telling the judge Goetz told the cop, "This is stupid, I shouldn't have done it," and "That was all the marijuana I had, I don't have any more." He had nothing further to say to reporters following his arraignment, As he left the courthouse, Goetz, who was offered a ride by the New York Post told the journalist who whisked him away, "If you give me a ride I'm still not going to say anything to you."
