MAN WRONGLY CONVICTED OF MURDER WALKS OUT OF COURT A FREE MAN

I watched a man walk out of a Brooklyn Supreme Courtroom a free man today. After he served more than 24 years for a murder he didn't commit. Johnathan Fleming claimed back then that he had been in Florida, at Disney World, when the killing took place outside a Brooklyn apartment building. No one believed him. Or they did and didn't care. Now, evidence that his attorneys say the prosecution back then had to have known existed, has surfaced, proving that he was, indeed, in Orlando when it happened. An iron-clad alibi. So a judge vacated his conviction and sentence. First order of business while breathing free air? A proper dinner at a proper restaurant with his mother.
