STEPS TAKEN TO SLOW DOWN TRAFFIC WHERE 5 TEENS WERE KILLED

Neighbors near where five teens died in a car crash the other day on Conklyn Street in Farmingdale said all along speed is a problem here. They begged Gov. Cuomo to do something about it. First thing he did was put radar speed signs up. It's 40 mph here. When I took a photo of the sign - the very first car that came along was doing 56! He's also ordering radar controlled traffic signals. If you obey the speed limit, the signals stay green. If you speed, they turn red.
