POLICE BELIEVE THEY KNOW WHO THE VICTIM IS IN THE CASE OF BODY PARTS STREWN ACROSS LONG ISLAND



Candles on the front steps of Chinelle Latoya Browne's home on Sumpter Street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, the only sign of mourning, now that police believe that body parts found on Long Isand are her remains.Browne disappearing the Fourth of July weekend. Body parts later recovered in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. A tattoo matching one on Browne. It's not yet known where she was murdered. The 27-year-old - the married mother of four - reportedly seen arguing Saturday with a group of people in front of her house.
