Prosecutor Jennifer Lipp read the charges against Brian Farmer. Two counts of murder, one count of child endangerment. He allegedly was caught by a 10-year-old girl's foster mom in Long Branch, NJ taking lewd photos of the girl. When the foster mother confronted him, cops say, he killed them both. Monmouth County Judge Honora Kilgallen extended Farmer's $2.5 million cash bond and ordered him to stay away from the crime scene. Not - as one prosecutor's attorney says - as though any one expects him to be able to make bail.
