Was the Saudi Arabian government involved in the 9/11 attacks? Is it time to reevaluate our relationship?

9/11 attack
9/11 attack
Some say the concerns raised about this issue are from the imaginations of conspiracy theorists. Who read much more into the Bush administration permitting the family of Osama bin Laden to fly from the United States back to Saudi Arabia immediately following the 9/11 attacks (and at a time when the rest of us weren’t permitted to fly).
But now comes new evidence, lawyers for 9/11 families say, that directly links agents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia into the 9/11 attacks. Not just Saudi nationals. But agents of the government.
That’s not all. A former al Qaeda member has testified that Saudi princes planned at one time to take down Air Force One with a missile.
It’s long been alleged that a congressional investigation about foreign government involvement into the 9/11 attacks has been withheld from the public by the White HouseBut these new claims by the lawyers are more specific. And, unlike the allegedly suppressed report, public.
The question then arises, would the public be better served if all this information was made available? And if it was made available, would there be a demand to sever the strong ties the United States and Saudi Arabia now have?
