In Queens, New York, remembering those who were killed in Charleston

A rally at the Greater Allen African Methodist Cathedral  in Jamaica, Queens  in support of the congregation of the Emanuel AME church in Charleston following the shooting deaths of nine parishioners in the black church - allegedly by a white man. Mayor de Blasio says - unfortunately - racism is alive and well in the United States. It's the responsiblity of this generation - the mayor says - to stamp it out - once and for all.

I'm reporting the story on 1010 WINS.
