A family at the tipping point in Houston over the murder of a baby

Outrage in Houston over the shooting death of a 10-month-old boy.

It's a story I'm reporting on Fox News Headlines 24/7 on SiriusXM 115.

Three men, walking down the street - at least one has a gun - which he pulls out and fires in the direction of a man walking with his 10-month-old boy in his arms. The baby is hit. The trio runs away.

Houston police are desperate to know who they are and why they fired a gun at a man with a baby.

The dead boy's grandmother, Jawan Wilson, with strong words for the killer.

"This is one time I vote the death penalty for you,  a slow death," Wilson says.

"Maybe that's what we need to go back doing.  An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.  You wanna rape somebody? You get raped. You wanna kill somebody? Line you up and get killed."

The father telling police he doesn't recognize the men and has no idea why they opened fire.
